Somerset School, a kindergarten to grade six school, with a population of approximately 460 pupils is located in the Heart lake community of Brampton. It is a part of the Peel District School Board - one of the largest and fastest growing boards in Ontario. At Somerset, we are committed to promoting high student achievement within a context of teamwork and commitment to life long learning.
Our MISSION is to help every student become an independent and successful learner in
a caring atmosphere that is founded on mutual respect.
Our VISION is to promote a safe, inclusive community which fosters respect and
responsibility while enhancing lifelong learning.
We VALUE high academic standards, the individual worth of all members and a safe
cooperative community that promotes learning.
And we COMMIT to creating a positive learning environment by establishing a
community based on collaboration and open communication.
